2016 크로스로드 페스티벌 공연 일시변경 안내입니다.
5월 6일 전야제와 7일~8일 이틀간 서울 난지 한강공원에서 펼쳐질 예정이었던 <2016 크로스로드 페스티벌>이 최종 라인업변경과 일정조정으로 인해 6월 4일(토)~6월 5일(일) 같은 장소인 서울 난지 한강공원에서 진행됨을 변경 안내 드립니다.
이에 따른 티켓 재오픈은 기존 예매고객들에 대한 개별연락을 모두 마친 후 2016년 4월27일(수) 오전 11시에 정리 된 라인업 상황과 함께 다시 시작 될 예정입니다.
기존 예매고객분들께는 변경되는 행사일정에 따른 혜택을 개별적으로 제안드릴 예정이며, 다시 한번 콜백을 통해 변경일시에 대한 사과의 말씀을 전할 예정입니다.
기존 아티스트들의 변동사항을포함하여 추가로 발표될 최종 아티스트 라인업과 최종 타임테이블은 2016년 5월6일(금) 오전에 모든 티켓판매처등을 통해 상세히 공개 될 예정입니다.
더 안전하고 철저히 준비된 국내 최고의 가족형 뮤직 페스티벌을 제공드리기위해 변경된 일정에 맞춰 진행에 차질이 없도록 전 제작은 최선을 다할것을 약속드립니다.

[콜백시 환불 안내]
-2016년 4월25일(월)부터 예매자분 전원에게 개별 콜백이 시작됩니다.
-무통장 입금 예매자 : 개별 연락시 예매자분 명의의 계좌정보를 주셔야하며, 환불을 원할 시에는 입금처리까지 최대 약 10일정도가 소요됩니다.
-카드결제 예매자 : 예매취소를 원할 시 카드승인 취소를 원한다고 말씀주시면 일괄 승인취소 처리 해드립니다.
-변경된 행사일시에 재예매를 원하실 경우 제작사에서 드리는 혜택을 들으신 후, 재예매에 대한 방법을 안내받으셔서 진행하시면 됩니다.(ex. 기존 예매고객에 한해 취소후 재 예매시 예매수만큼 초대권 증정, 현장에서 예매고객리스트 본인 확인필요)감사합니다.
