FNC ENTERTAINMENT입니다.
오는 2026년 7월 31일(금)부터 8월 2일(일)까지 티켓링크 라이브 아레나에서 개최 예정이었던
2026 N.Flying LIVE '&CON5 : into REM' - 서울 공연은 현재 공연장 이용이 어려운 상황이 지속됨에 따라,
관객 여러분께 보다 안정적이고 원활한 공연 환경을 제공하고자 부득이하게 공연 장소를 변경하게 되었습니다.
공연장 변경과 관련하여 대관처와의 최종 협의 및 승인 절차가 예상보다 길어지면서 안내가 다소 늦어진 점 진심으로 사과 드립니다.
오랜 시간 기다려 주신 팬 여러분께 깊은 양해의 말씀을 드립니다.
1. 공연장 변경 안내
▶ 변경 전 : 티켓링크 라이브 아레나
▶ 변경 후 : 잠실실내체육관
※ 공연 일정은 기존과 동일하게 2026년 7월 31일(금) ~ 8월 2일(일) 진행됩니다.
2. 예매 취소 및 재예매 진행 안내
당사는 기존 예매자분들의 좌석을 최대한 보존할 수 있는 방안을 다각도로 검토하였습니다.
그러나 변경된 공연장인 잠실실내체육관은 기존 티켓링크 라이브 아레나와 좌석 운영 방식 및 스탠딩 규모에 차이가 있어,
좌석 이관 방식으로 진행할 경우 모든 예매자의 좌석을 공정하게 보존하기 어려운 상황임을 확인하였습니다.
특히, 좌석 재배치 과정에서는 기존 좌석을 동일하게 유지하는 것이 불가능할 뿐만 아니라,
연석으로 예매하신 경우에도 좌석이 분리 배정될 가능성이 있어 오히려 더 큰 불편과 혼란을 초래할 수 있다고 판단하였습니다.
이에 당사는 다양한 운영 방안을 신중하게 검토한 끝에,
기존 예매자분들의 불편을 최소화하고 보다 안정적이고 명확한 좌석 운영을 위해 기존 예매를 일괄 취소한 후 재예매를 진행하기로 결정하였습니다.
예매를 다시 진행하셔야 하는 번거로움과 불편을 끼쳐드리게 된 점 진심으로 사과드리며,
관객 여러분께서 보다 쾌적한 환경에서 공연을 관람하실 수 있도록 끝까지 최선을 다해 준비하겠습니다.
3. 재예매 일정 안내
▶ 선예매 : 2026년 7월 14일(화) 20:00 - 7월 16일(목) 17:59 [KST]
▶ 일반 예매 : 2026년 7월 16일(목) 20:00 – 예매 마감 시간 까지 [KST]
※ 기존 티켓링크 라이브 아레나 공연 예매자 중 [팬클럽 선예매] 기간에 예매를 완료하신 분들에 한하여, 별도의 인증 절차 없이 팬클럽 선예매 권한이 자동으로 부여될 예정입니다.
※ 기존 티켓링크 라이브 아레나 공연 예매 건은 자동으로 일괄 취소되며, 결제하신 금액은 카드사 정책에 따라 영업일 기준 최대 5일 이내 순차적으로 환불될 예정입니다.
※ 해당 공연은 전석 현장 수령으로 진행됩니다.
다시 한번 공연장 변경 및 재예매 진행으로 인해 팬 여러분께 불편과 번거로움을 끼쳐드리게 된 점 진심으로 사과드립니다.

We would like to inform you that the venue for 2026 N.Flying LIVE '&CON5 : into REM' IN SEOUL, originally scheduled to be held at Ticketlink Live Arena from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2, 2026, has been changed due to ongoing circumstances affecting the original venue.
In order to provide a safer and more stable concert experience for all attendees, we have made the unavoidable decision to relocate the event.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing this notice, as the final discussions and approval process regarding the venue change took longer than expected. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
1. Venue Change Notice
Previous Venue: Ticketlink Live Arena
New Venue: Jamsil Indoor Stadium
※ The concert dates will remain unchanged: July 31 (Fri) – August 2 (Sun), 2026.
2. Ticket Cancellation & Rebooking
We carefully explored every possible option to preserve the seats of existing ticket holders.
However, after thorough review, we confirmed that it would not be possible to fairly maintain all existing seat assignments due to the significant differences in seating configuration and standing capacity between Ticketlink Live Arena and Jamsil Indoor Stadium.
In particular, it is impossible to preserve the exact same seat locations during the reassignment process. In addition, even tickets originally purchased as adjacent seats may be separated after relocation, which could result in greater inconvenience and confusion.
After carefully considering various operational options, we have decided that the fairest and most transparent solution is to cancel all existing reservations and proceed with rebooking.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of having to purchase tickets again. We will do our utmost to ensure that all audience members can enjoy the concert in a safer and more comfortable environment.
3. Rebooking Schedule
Fan Club Presale: July 14, 2026 (Tue) 8:00 PM – July 16, 2026 (Thu) 6:00 PM (KST)
General Sale: July 16, 2026 (Thu) 8:00 PM (KST)
※ Existing Ticketlink Live Arena ticket holders who completed their purchase during the Fan Club Presale access period will automatically receive Fan Club Presale eligibility for the new ticket sale without any additional verification process.
※ All existing Ticketlink Live Arena reservations will be automatically cancelled. Refunds will be processed automatically according to each card issuer's policy and may take up to five (5) business days to be completed.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the venue change and the ticket rebooking process.

原定于 2026年7月31日（周五）至8月2日（周日） 在 Ticketlink Live Arena 举办的 2026 N.Flying LIVE '&CON5 : into REM' IN SEOUL 演唱会，由于目前该场馆仍无法正常使用，为了向观众提供更加安全、稳定的观演环境，不得不决定更换演出场地。
关于场馆变更事宜，由于与场地方的最终协商及审批流程所需时间长于预期，因此公告发布时间有所延迟。对此，我们深表歉意，也衷心感谢各位粉丝一直以来的耐心等待与理解。
1. 演出场馆变更通知
▶ 变更前：Ticketlink Live Arena
▶ 变更后：蚕室室内体育馆（Jamsil Indoor Stadium）
※ 演出日期保持不变，将于 2026年7月31日（周五）至8月2日（周日） 如期举行。
2. 门票取消及重新购票说明
为了尽可能保留已购票观众的原有座位，我们对多种方案进行了充分讨论和慎重评估。
然而，由于新的演出场馆——蚕室室内体育馆——与 Ticketlink Live Arena 在座位布局及站席规模等方面存在较大差异，如采用座位转移方式，将难以公平地保留所有观众的原有座位。
尤其是在重新分配座位的过程中，不仅无法保证原座位位置，即使购买了连座门票，也有可能被分开安排，因此反而可能给观众带来更大的不便与混乱。
综合考虑多种运营方案后，为尽可能减少已购票观众的不便，并确保更加公平、清晰的座位安排，我们最终决定统一取消所有原有订单，并重新开放购票。
对于需要重新购票给大家带来的不便，我们深表歉意。我们将竭尽全力，为大家呈现更加舒适、安全的观演体验。
3. 重新购票日程
▶ 官方粉丝俱乐部优先购票：2026年7月14日（周二）20:00 ～ 2026年7月16日（周四）18:00（韩国时间）
▶ 公开售票：2026年7月16日（周四）20:00（韩国时间）
※ 在原 Ticketlink Live Arena 演出中，于官方粉丝俱乐部优先购票期间完成购票的观众，将无需额外认证，系统将自动赋予本次官方粉丝俱乐部优先购票资格。
※ 原 Ticketlink Live Arena 演出的所有订单将自动统一取消，已支付款项将根据各发卡银行的处理政策，在最多5个工作日内依次完成退款。
再次对于因演出场馆变更及重新购票安排给各位粉丝带来的不便，我们致以最诚挚的歉意。
