※ Fanclub 선예매 인증을 완료하였다고 해서 티켓 구매가 완료된 것이 아니니, 반드시 지정된 팬클럽 선예매 기간 내에 티켓 예매를 완료해주시기 바랍니다.

▷ 동의 방법: 팬클럽 선예매를 위한 개인정보 제공 내용 확인 후 동의 제출
▷ 지정된 기간 중에 개인정보 제공 동의를 완료하지 않을 경우, ‘팬클럽 인증’ 및 ‘팬클럽 선예매’ 참여가 불가합니다.  
▷ 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 회원 정보와 티켓링크 가입 회원 정보가 반드시 일치해야 합니다. 불일치할 경우 팬클럽 선예매 참여, 티켓 수령 및 공연 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증
▷ 인증 기간: 2026년 7월 15일 (수) 2:00PM ~ 2026년 7월 21일 (화) 11:59:59PM(KST)
▷ 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 회원은 ‘JO1DER SHOW 2026 ‘EIEN 永緣’ LIMITED EDITION IN SEOUL’ 예매페이지에서 Plus member ID와 생년월일 8자리(YYYYMMDD)를 통한 팬클럽 사전 인증을 정해진 기간 내 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
▷ Plus member ID는 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 가입 후 부여된 E로 시작하는 12 또는 13자리 멤버십 번호를 의미합니다. Plus member ID는 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」로그인 후, MY PAGE 내 “회원 정보 확인·변경” 페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
▷ 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
▷ 티켓링크 본인 명의의 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 Plus member ID 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.
▷ 사전 인증 완료한 Plus member ID는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 티켓링크 회원을 탈퇴 후 재가입 하더라도 같은 정보로 재인증이 불가합니다.
▷ 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 예매하신 티켓은 공연 관람 당일까지 유효한 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 관람이 가능합니다. 팬클럽 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

* STEP 3. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈
▷ 선예매 일정: 2026년 7월 21일 (화) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM(KST)
▷ 팬클럽 선예매는 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 회원 사전 인증을 7월 21일 (화) 11:59:59PM(KST)까지 완료한 분들만 가능합니다.    
▷ 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 2매만 예매 가능합니다. 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반 예매 시 매수 한도 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.
▷ 무통장입금 결제방식으로 예매 시, 예매 당일 (11:59:59PM)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동 취소됩니다. (단, 은행별 점검 및 마감시간이 상이하오니 사전에 확인하시어 11:30PM까지 입금을 권장드립니다.)
▷ 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반 예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하오니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임도 없음을 알려드립니다.
 

[일반예매 안내]
▷ 일반예매 기간: 2026년 7월 22일 (수) 8:00PM(KST) ~
▷ 일반예매는 회당 1인 4매까지 가능합니다. (회당 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
* 예) 팬클럽 선예매에서 9/26(토) 공연 티켓 2매를 구매하신 경우 일반예매에서 동일회차 공연은 2매까지만 추가 구매 가능
▷ 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]
▷ 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2026년 7월 21일 (화) 10:00AM ~ 6:59:59PM(KST)
▷ 휠체어석 일반예매 기간: 2026년 7월 22일 (수) 10:00AM(KST) ~
▷ 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 동반인 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 티켓을 예매하여야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.
▷ 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 성명이 예매자 본인과 일치하는 경우에만 이용 가능하며, 본인 확인이 불가할 경우 예매자와 동반인 모두 입장이 제한됩니다.
▷ 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 신분증과 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드) 확인 후 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)
▷ 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.
▷ 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 증빙 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓 당일 환불은 불가합니다.

[Fanclub Presale]

▷ The Fanclub Presale is available only to members of 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 who have completed both ① Consent to Personal Information Provision on the 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 website and ② Fanclub Presale Verification on Ticketlink within the designated period.
※ Completing Fanclub Presale Verification does not mean that your ticket purchase has been completed. Please make sure to complete the ticket purchase process during the designated Fanclub Presale period.
▷ Members of the 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」may purchase tickets regardless of their membership course. Tickets may be purchased by both domestic and overseas members.
▷ Please note that even if you are a member of 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」, you will not be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale for ‘JO1DER SHOW 2026 ‘EIEN 永緣’ LIMITED EDITION IN SEOUL’ unless you complete both the Consent to Personal Information Provision and Fanclub Presale Verification.
▷ Foreigners not residing in Korea must register on Ticketlink global page and complete passport identity verification by clicking the “Verify Identity” button on the reservation page. Fanclub Presale Verification and ticket purchase will be available only after identity verification is completed.
▷ For tickets purchased through the Fanclub Presale, the 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 member information, Ticketlink reservation holder information, and actual attendee information must match.

▷ How to Consent: Review the details regarding the provision of personal information for the Fanclub Presale and submit your consent.
▷ If you do not complete the Consent to Personal Information Provision within the designated period, you will not be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale Verification and Fanclub Presale.
▷ Membership information of 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 and Ticketlink member information must match. If the information does not match, your participation in the Fanclub Presale, ticket pickup, and admission to the show may be restricted.  

* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale Verification
▷ Verification Period: July 15, 2026 (Wed) 2:00PM ~ July 21, 2026 (Tue) 11:59:59PM (KST)
▷  Foreigners not residing in Korea must register on Ticketlink global page and complete passport identity verification by clicking the “Verify Identity” button on the reservation page before proceeding with Fanclub Presale Verification.
▷ Members of 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 must complete the Fanclub Presale Verification on the Ticketlink reservation page for ‘JO1DER SHOW 2026 ‘EIEN 永緣’ LIMITED EDITION IN SEOUL’ within the designated period by entering their Plus member ID and 8-digit date of birth (YYYYMMDD). Please make sure to complete the Fanclub Presale Verification within the specified period in order to participate in the presale.
▷ The Plus member ID refers to the 12- or 13-digit membership number beginning with “E” which is issued when joining 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」. You can check your Plus member ID by logging in to 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」and going to “Confirm/Change Member Information” under MY PAGE.
▷ If you complete the Fanclub Presale Verification on the Korean-language reservation page, you will only be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale through the Korean-language reservation page. If you complete the Fanclub Presale Verification on the global reservation page, you will only be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale through the global reservation page.
▷ Only one Plus member ID used for the presale can be verified per Ticketlink ID under your own name, and duplicate verification is not allowed.
▷ Once a Plus member ID is verified, it cannot be modified, canceled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible even if you withdraw from Ticketlink membership and sign up again.
▷ Tickets reserved through the Fanclub Presale will be valid for admission only if you maintain a valid membership status until the day of the show. Once the Fanclub Presale verification for a membership has been confirmed, cancellation or refund of the Fanclub membership will not be available.
▷ If an error occurs during the verification, please contact Ticketlink through “1:1 Inquiry” in the Ticketlink Customer Center, or by phone at +82-1644-3850 (English Only).

* STEP 3. Fanclub Presale 
▷ Fanclub Presale Period: July 21, 2026 (Tue) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)
▷The Fanclub Presale is available only to members of 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」 who complete Fanclub Presale Verification on Ticketlink by July 21, 2026 (Tue) 11:59:59PM (KST).
▷ Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets per show through the Fanclub Presale. Members who purchase tickets through the Fanclub Presale may also purchase additional tickets during the General Sale within the ticket purchase limit.
▷ For global reservations, bank transfer payment is not available. Payment can only be made with credit cards issued overseas.
▷ Even if you have completed the Fanclub Presale Verification, you will only be able to purchase tickets through the General Sale after the Fanclub Presale period has ended. Please make sure to check the verification and presale periods carefully. The responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to complete verification or ticket reservation within the designated period lies solely with the individual, and the presenter, organizer, and ticketing agency will not be held responsible.


[General Sale]
▷ General Sale Period: July 22, 2026 (Wed) 8:00PM (KST) ~
▷  Foreigners not residing in Korea must sign up for Ticketlink global page and complete passport identity verification by clicking the “Verify Identity” button on the reservation page. Ticket purchase will be available only after identity verification is completed.
▷ Each person may purchase up to 4 tickets per show through the General Sale. The ticket limit includes tickets purchased through the Fanclub Presale.
* ex. If you purchased 2 tickets for the September 26 (Sat) show during the Fanclub Presale, you may purchase up to 2 additional tickets for the same show during the General Sale.
▷ The General Sale will be held only for remaining seats after the Fanclub Presale. If all seats are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for purchase when the General Sale opens.


[Wheelchair Accessible Seat]
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seat Fanclub Presale Period: July 21, 2026 (Tue) 10:00AM ~ 6:59:59PM (KST)
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seat General Sale Period: July 22, 2026 (Wed) 10:00AM (KST) ~
▷ Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved by phone through Ticketlink Customer Center at +82-1644-3850 (English Only). Each person may reserve up to 2 tickets per show, including one ticket for the wheelchair user and one ticket for a companion. The companion must also have a ticket to enter, so please make sure to reserve the companion’s ticket in advance.
▷ Wheelchair accessible seats are available only when the name on the Disability Registration Certificate or Welfare Card matches the reservation holder. If identity verification cannot be completed, both the reservation holder and companion may be denied entry.
▷ Wheelchair accessible seat tickets can only be picked up on-site on the day of the show. Tickets will be issued after checking the purchaser’s valid ID and Disability Registration Certificate or Welfare Card. Tickets may only be picked up by the purchaser in person. Ticket pickup by a representative and ticket transfer are not permitted.
▷ Even if you hold a Disability Registration Certificate or Welfare Card, audience members who do not use a wheelchair are not eligible to use wheelchair accessible seats.
▷ The responsibility for failure to bring the required documents lies solely with the individual, and refunds will not be available on the day of the show due to inability to verify the required documents.

※Fanclub先行販売認証を完了しただけでは、チケットの購入は完了しておりません。必ず指定の先行販売期間内にお客様ご自身で購入手続きを行ってください。 
▷ 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」会員は、コース不問で購入可能です。また、国内会員および海外会員問わずチケットをご購入いただけます。

▷ 同意方法：Fanclub先行販売に伴う個人情報提供に関する内容をご確認のうえ、同意を行ってください。
▷ 指定期間内に個人情報提供への同意を完了されていない場合、Fanclub先行販売認証およびFanclub先行販売にはご参加いただけません。
▷ 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」の会員情報とTicketlinkの予約者情報は一致している必要があります。情報が一致しない場合、Fanclub先行販売への参加、チケットのお受け取り、およびご入場が制限される場合がございます。

STEP 2. Fanclub先行販売認証
▷ 認証期間：2026年7月15日（水）14:00 ～ 2026年7月21日（火）23:59:59（KST）
▷ 韓国以外の国に居住されている外国人の方は、Ticketlinkのグローバルページにて会員登録後、予約ページ内の「Verify Identity」ボタンより、パスポートによる本人認証を完了してください。本人認証完了後、Fanclub先行販売認証が可能となります。
▷ 「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」会員の方は、指定期間内にTicketlink内の『JO1DER SHOW 2026 ‘EIEN 永緣’ LIMITED EDITION IN SEOUL』予約ページにて、Plus member IDおよび生年月日8桁（YYYYMMDD）を入力し、Fanclub先行販売の認証を完了してください。Fanclub先行販売に参加するため、必ず指定期間内にFanclub先行販売の認証を完了してください。
▷Plus member IDとは、「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」入会後に発行されるEからはじまる12桁または13桁のIDを指します。Plus member IDは、「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」にログイン後、MY PAGE内「会員情報の確認・変更」ページにてご確認いただけます。
▷ 韓国語予約ページでFanclub先行販売認証を完了された場合、韓国語予約ページからのみFanclub先行販売にご参加いただけます。グローバル予約ページでFanclub先行販売認証を完了された場合、グローバル予約ページからのみFanclub先行販売にご参加いただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売に使用するPlus member IDは、ご本人名義のTicketlink ID 1つにつき1件のみ認証可能であり、重複認証はできません。
▷ 一度認証されたPlus member IDは、変更・取消・再使用ができません。また、Ticketlinkを退会後、再度会員登録をされた場合でも、同じ情報での再認証はできません。
▷ Fanclub先行販売で購入されたチケットは、公演当日まで有効な会員資格を維持している場合に限り、ご入場いただけます。会員資格によるFanclub先行販売認証が確認された後は、Fanclub会員資格の取消および払い戻しはできません。
▷ Fanclub先行販売認証の際にエラーが発生した場合は、Ticketlinkカスタマーセンター内の「個別お問い合わせ(1:1 Inquiry)」、またはお電話（+82-1644-3850／English Only）にてTicketlinkまでお問い合わせください。

STEP 3. Fanclub先行販売
▷ Fanclub先行販売期間：2026年7月21日（火）20:00 ～ 23:59:59（KST）​
▷ Fanclub先行販売は、2026年7月21日（火）23:59:59（KST）までにTicketlinkにてFanclub先行販売認証を完了された「JO1 OFFICIAL FANCLUB」会員の方のみご利用いただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売では、お一人様各公演2枚まで購入可能です。Fanclub先行販売でチケットを購入された会員も、一般販売時に購入可能枚数の上限内で追加購入いただけます。
▷ グローバル予約の場合、銀行振込でのお支払いはご利用いただけません。海外発行のクレジットカードでのみお支払いいただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売認証を完了されている場合でも、Fanclub先行販売期間終了後は先行販売はできません。一般販売でのチケット購入は可能です。認証期間および先行販売期間を必ずご確認ください。指定期間内に認証またはチケット予約を完了されなかったことにより発生する不利益については、ご本人の責任となり、主催者・主管者・チケット販売会社は一切責任を負いません。


[一般販売]

▷ 車椅子席 一般販売期間：2026年7月22日（水）10:00（KST）～
▷ 車椅子席は、Ticketlinkカスタマーセンター（+82-1644-3850／English Only）での電話予約のみ可能です。車椅子をご利用のお客様ご本人分1枚と同伴者分1枚を含め、各公演2枚までご予約いただけます。同伴者の方もチケットをお持ちの場合のみご入場いただけますので、必ず事前に同伴者分のチケットもご予約ください。
▷ 車椅子席は、障がい者登録証または福祉カードに記載されたお名前と予約者名が一致する場合に限りご利用いただけます。本人確認ができない場合、予約者ご本人および同伴者のご入場をお断りする場合がございます。
▷ 車椅子席のチケットは、公演当日に会場でのみお受け取りいただけます。購入者ご本人の有効な身分証明書および障がい者登録証または福祉カードを確認後、チケットをお渡しいたします。チケットは購入者ご本人のみお受け取り可能であり、代理受取および譲渡はできません。
▷ 障がい者登録証または福祉カードをお持ちの場合でも、車椅子をご利用でないお客様は車椅子席をご利用いただけません。
▷ 必要書類をお持ちでないことにより発生する不利益については、ご本人の責任となり、必要書類の確認ができないことを理由とした公演当日の払い戻しはできません。
