Guide to Passport Identity Verification
To enhance security and prevent unauthorized ticket purchases, certain events may require passport-based identity verification. If identity verification is required for an event, a “Verified Members Only” label will be displayed on the event details page.
Requirements
- A valid passport
- A smartphone with a camera
How to Verify
1. Click “Verify Identity.”
2. Scan your passport and complete the facial verification process.
3. Wait while your information is validated.
4. Once approved, your identity verification is complete, and the “Verify Identity” button may no longer be displayed.
Important Notes
- Identity verification is not required for all events, but it may be mandatory for certain performances.
- Verification must be completed using your own valid passport. Using another person's passport or providing false information may result in restrictions on ticket purchases, event admission, or the use of identity verification services.
- Identity verification may fail if the information you provide does not exactly match your passport or if your passport has expired. Please ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
- A passport that has already been used to verify one account cannot be used to verify another account.
- After successful verification, the name associated with your payment information may be updated to match the name shown on your passport.
- If fan club membership verification is required for ticket purchase eligibility, you may need to complete passport verification first. Please complete passport verification before proceeding with fan club membership verification..
