- 팬클럽 선예매는 HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 회원 중 정해진 기간 내 위버스(Weverse)를 통한 선예매 사전 신청과 티켓링크를 통한 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 모두 완료하신 분만 참여 가능합니다.
- HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL)의 가입자명과 티켓링크 예매자명, 실관람자가 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.
- 본인의 부주의로 멤버십 정보가 노출되거나, 노출된 멤버십 정보를 타인이 사용하여 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 관련 문의 사항은 위버스(http://weverse.io)를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

- 위버스(Weverse)의 HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 회원에 한해 별도 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청이 가능합니다. 상세 안내는 위버스(Weverse)의 HYERI 커뮤니티 공지를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매 참여를 원하시는 분은 신청 기간 내에 사전 신청을 완료해 주시기 바라며, 팬클럽 선예매를 위해 선예매 신청자의 기본 정보(성함, 멤버십 번호)가 티켓링크에 전달되니 이에 동의하시는 분만 선예매 사전 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.
- 참여 신청 내역은 위버스 내 우측 상단의 더보기 메뉴에서 '이벤트 신청내역'을 통해 확인 가능합니다.
* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 신청자 사전 인증
- 인증 기간 : 2026.4.17(금) 6:00PM (KST) ~ 2026.4.21(화) 8:00PM (KST)
- 위버스(Weverse)에서 “팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청 기간” 내 선예매 사전 신청을 완료한 HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 회원에 한해 티켓링크 “2026 HYERI ASIA TOUR FANMEETING
IN SEOUL” 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다. 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능하니 반드시 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. - 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID로 로그인하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 참여 신청을 진행한 HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 회원 정보(성함, 멤버십 번호)로 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)
- 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.
- 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 티켓링크 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (멤버십 구매샵 확인 방법: 위버스샵 앱 > MY > 주문내역)
- 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890) 또는 1:1 문의하기로 문의 바랍니다.
* STEP 3. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈
- 선예매 기간 : 2026.4.20(월) 8:00PM ~ 2026.4.21(화) 8:00PM (KST)
- 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청을 진행한 HYERI OFFICIAL FANCLUB HYEROOMY MEMBERSHIP (GL) 회원 중 인증 기간 내 티켓링크 “2026 HYERI ASIA TOUR FANMEETING
IN SEOUL” 예매페이지에서 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 분에 한해 회당 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다. - 팬클럽 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반 예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 일정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.
[일반예매 안내]
- 일반예매 기간 : 2026.4.22(수) 8:00PM (KST) ~
- 일반예매는 회당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (회당 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매로 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.
[휠체어석 예매 안내]
- 휠체어석 예매 기간 : 2026.4.23(목) 10:00AM (KST) ~
- 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 반드시 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
- 공연 당일 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드와 본인 신분증(실물) 확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다.
- 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

[Identity Verification Notice]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent illegal ticket reservation and illegal transfers.
Tickets and entry wristbands will only be issued upon verification of the ticket purchaser’s identity.
- If you have purchased two or more tickets, both the purchaser and the accompanying guest must be present together to collect the tickets and complete the identity verification process.

[Fanclub Presale]
- To participate in the Fanclub presale, members of “HYEROOMY”(GL), official Fanclub of HYERI, must complete both Pre-verification through Weverse and Fanclub verification through the Ticket Link within the designated period.
- You can watch the concert only when the name of the membership of “HYEROOMY”(GL), official Fanclub of HYERI, matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Ticket Link, and the person attending the show.
- The presenting company and the official ticket site shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.
- For questions related to joining the membership of “HYEROOMY”(GL), official Fanclub of HYERI, please check with the Weverse (http://weverse.io)
- Bank deposit is not available for Fan Club Pre-Sale reservations.
* STEP 1. Fanclub Presale Pre-application
- Application Period : April 13, 2026 (Monday) 6:00PM (KST) ~ April 15, 2026 (Wednesday) 11:59PM (KST)
- Only members of “HYEROOMY”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of HYERI, can participate in the Fanclub pre-application on a separate page. Detailed instructions for Fanclub presale pre-application can be found through the HYERI community notice on Weverse.
- If you wish to participate in the Fanclub presale, please complete the pre-application during the application period. Please note that for the Fanclub presale, basic information of pre-applicants (name, membership number) will be transferred to the Ticket Link. Therefore, only those who agree to this should proceed with the Pre-verification.
- You can check your application history by going to “More” (top right menu) in Weverse → “Event Application History.”
* STEP 2. Pre-Verification Period for Fanclub Presale Applicant
- Verification Period : April 17, 2026 (Friday) 6:00PM (KST) ~ April 21, 2026 (Tuesday) 8:00PM (KST)
- Members of “HYEROOMY”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of HYERI, who completed the Fanclub Presale Pre-application on Weverse during the designated application period on Weverse can verify their Fanclub membership on the Ticket Link “2026 HYERI ASIA TOUR FANMEETING
IN SEOUL” reservation page. Fanclub presale tickets can be purchased by only completing the pre-verification process within the designated period, so please make sure to finish the pre-verification for Fanclub presale within the applicable period. - After logging in with your Ticket Link ID, you can verify your Fanclub membership by providing the information (name, membership number) of “HYEROOMY”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of HYERI, who applied for Fanclub presale. (Please enter it exactly as it appears, including capitalization and spacing.)
- You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per Ticket Link ID. Duplicate verification is not allowed.
- The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Ticket Link membership.
- If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.
- Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership purchase shop: Weverse Shop App > MY > Order Details)
- In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact Ticket Link Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry.
* STEP 3. Fanclub Presale Ticket Open
- Presale Period : April 20, 2026 (Monday) 8:00PM ~ April 21, 2026 (Tuesday) 8:00PM (KST)
- Only those who have completed Fanclub verification on the Ticket “2026 HYERI ASIA TOUR FANMEETING
IN SEOUL” reservation page within the verification period and are members of “HYEROOMY”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of HYERI, who participated in the Pre-verification for Fanclub presale can purchase one ticket per person. - Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sales after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. The host, organizer, and ticketing platform will not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to complete verification or ticket purchase within the designated period.
[General Sale]
- General Sale Period : April 22, 2026 (Wednesday) 8:00PM (KST) ~
- You can only purchase 2 tickets per show (including the ticket purchased through the Fanclub Presale).
- All remaining seats from the Fanclub Presale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.
[Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale]
- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale : April 23, 2026 (Thursday) 10:00AM (KST)
- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via phone booking through the Ticket Link Customer Center (1588-7890), and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter.
- You can only reserve wheelchair accessible seats when the name of the person who reserved them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserved them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.
- Tickets will be issued on the day of the show after verifying your Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and a physical ID. You are solely responsible for providing the required documentation; tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the performance if verification is not possible due to missing documents.
- Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchairs.
