▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation
- TicketOpen: December 18, 2025 (Thu) 10:00(KST)~
- Wheelchairseat tickets are only available for purchase by phone call (TICKETLINK Customer Service: 1588-7890 / Hours of Operation: 10:00~19:00(KST)Monday to Sunday) and are limited to 2 tickets for you and one companion.
- Wheelchairseats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card orwelfare card matches the 'reserver's name.' If it is not the same person,neither the reserver nor the guardian will be allowed entry.
- Wheelchairseat (accessible seat) tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of theperformance after the ticket holder’s identity is verified with a Disability Registration Card (orWelfare Card) and the ticket reservation confirmation. Please make sure tobring your physical ID card and Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card)to pick up your tickets; otherwise, you will be unable to collect the ticketsor use the wheelchair seats.
-If you do not pick up your ticket within the ticket booth operating hours or ifthe ticket recipient is not the person who made the reservation, you will notbe able to pick up your ticket or attend the event, and refunds will not beissued.

-After the bulk shipping date, tickets can be picked up at the venue on the dayof the event.
-Tickets returned due to the customer's absence must be picked up at the boxoffice on the day of the event.
-Once the tickets are shipped, online cancellations are no longer possible.Cancellations can be made only after returning the tickets to TICKETLINK's headoffice and completing the appropriate process.
-For all tickets received, including the delivered ones, reissuance,cancellation, and refund is not possible in case of loss or damage. Admissionand viewing are not allowed without the ticket, regardless of the reason.Please be especially careful with ticket storage.
