“노래로 이어지는 우리의 이야기” 

시간은 흐르고, 계절은 바뀌지만

[ 티켓오픈 일정 ]
▶ 공식 팬클럽 선예매 (회차 당 1인 1매 구매 가능)
* 팬클럽 인증 기간: 2025년 11월 6일(목) 14:00 (KST) ~ 11월 11일(화) 16:59 (KST)
* 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2025년 11월 11일(화) 20:00 (KST) ~ 11월 12일(수) 23:59 (KST)
- 팬클럽 선예매는 하이라이트 공식 팬클럽 ‘라이트(LIGHT)’ 6기 유료 회원에 한해서 티켓 구매가 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지를 통해 ‘라이트(LIGHT)’ 6기 인증이 완료된 분들에 한하여 회차 당 1인 1매만 구매 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 티켓링크 ID의 회원 정보와 팬클럽 인증자 정보가 동일해야 합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매 전 반드시 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 하지 않았을 경우, 해당 ID로는 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매로 예매가 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

※ 팬클럽 인증 방법 ※
1. 티켓링크 (Web, 모바일) 접속 후 로그인
2. 예매 페이지 접속 후 ‘팬클럽 인증’ 버튼 클릭
3. 팬클럽 가입 시 기재한 성함 + 생년월일(YYYYMMDD) + 회원번호 (‘-‘ 없이) 입력
※ 라이트 6기 회원번호는 하이라이트 공식 MD샵을 통해 확인이 가능합니다.
4. 인증 완료 / ‘팬클럽 인증’ 버튼을 클릭하여 인증이 완료되었는지 확인
- 한번 인증한 ID는 재로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 되며, 하나의 ID로는 한 번의 인증만 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증 시, 반드시 관람하실 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID로 인증해주시기 바랍니다. 티켓링크 가입자명과 팬클럽 회원명이 모두 동일해야 인증 및 관람이 가능합니다.
- 정확한 팬클럽 회원정보 기입 후에도 인증 오류가 날 경우, 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)로 문의 바랍니다.

▶ 일반 예매 (회차 당 1인 2매 구매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
* 티켓 오픈: 2025년 11월 13일(목) 20:00 (KST) ~
- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반 예매 시 회차 당 1인 1매 추가 구매가 가능합니다.
(ex. 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 12월 13일(토) 회차 1매를 구매하신 경우, 일반 예매 시 동일 회차 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다. 다른 회차도 동일하게 적용됩니다.)

▶ 휠체어석 예매 (회차 당 1인 2매 구매 가능, 동반인 매수 포함)
* 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2025년 11월 11일(화) 10:00 (KST) ~ 18:00 (KST)
* 휠체어석 일반 예매 티켓 오픈: 2025년 11월 13일(목) 10:00 (KST) ~
- 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통해 전화 예매만 가능하며, 동반인도 반드시 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가합니다.
- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.
- 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓 당일 환불은 불가합니다.


[ 예매 시 유의사항 ]
- 본 공연은 전석 현장 수령으로 진행됩니다. 예매 페이지에 기재된 <티켓 현장 수령 안내> 내용을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 본 공연은 디지털 카드 티켓으로 진행됩니다. 종이 티켓이 아닌 태깅 가능한 형식의 전자 카드형 티켓이며, 입장 시 전용 기계를 이용한 태그 방식으로 검표 운영될 예정입니다.
- 결제 시 무통장 입금 결제를 선택하셨을 경우, 예매 당일 23:59 (KST) 까지 입금을 완료하셔야 예매가 완료되며, 미입금 시 예매하신 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다. (※ 은행 별 입금 마감 시간이 다를 수 있으니 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다.)
- 본 공연의 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우, 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

[ Ticket Open Information ]
▶ Official Fan Club Pre-sale (1 ticket per person per show)
* Fan Club Verification Period: November 6, 2025 (Thu) 14:00 (KST) ~ November 11, 2025 (Tue) 16:59 (KST)
* Fan Club Pre-sale Period: November 11, 2025 (Tue) 20:00 (KST) ~ November 12, 2025 (Wed) 23:59 (KST)
- The fan club pre-sale is available only for paid members of the official HIGHLIGHT fan club 'LIGHT' 6th generation.
- During the fan club pre-sale period, only those who have completed 'LIGHT' 6th generation verification through the designated page within the specified period can purchase one ticket per person per show.
- During fan club verification, the member information on the TICKETLINK ID must match the fan club certification information.
- Before the fan club pre-sale, please make sure to complete the 'Fan Club Verification'. If you fail to complete the fan club verification within the specified period, pre-sale tickets will not be available for that ID. However, you can purchase tickets during the subsequent general sale.
-Those who have purchased tickets through the fan club pre-sale can additionally purchase within the purchase limit during the general sale.

※ Fan Club Verification Method ※
1. Log in to TICKETLINK (Web, Mobile).
2. Access the booking page and click on 'fan club verification'.
3. Enter the name and date of birth (YYYYMMDD) registered during fan club registration, along with the membership number (without '-').
※ LIGHT 6th generation membership numbers can be confirmed through the official HIGHLIGHT MD shop.
4. Once verification is complete, check if the verification is successful by clicking 'fan club verification'.
- Once an ID is verified, you do not need to verify again upon re-login. Only one verification is allowed per ID.
- When verifying your fan club membership, you must use the TICKETLINK ID under your own name that will be used for the actual show. Both the TICKETLINK account holder’s name and the fan club member’s name must be identical for verification and entry.
- If an error occurs during verification despite providing accurate fan club membership information, please contact TICKETLINK Customer Service (+82 1588-7890).

▶ General Sale (2 tickets per person per show, Including tickets purchased during the fan club pre-sale)
* Ticket Open: November 13, 2025 (Thu) 20:00 (KST) ~ 
- General ticket sales will commence only for the remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale. In case of pre-sale ticket exhaustion, there may be no remaining seats available.
- Those who have purchased ticket through the fan club pre-sale can additionally purchase within the purchase limit during the general sale.
(For example, if you purchased one ticket for the December 13th (Sat) show through the fan club pre-sale, you can additionally purchase one ticket for the same show during the general sale. This applies to other show as well.)

▶ Wheelchair Seat Sale (2 tickets per person per show, Including ticket for a companion)
* Fan Club Pre-sale Period for Wheelchair Seat: November 11, 2025 (Tue) 10:00 (KST) ~ 18:00 (KST)
* General Sale Period for Wheelchair Seat: November 13, 2025 (Thu) 10:00 (KST) ~
- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone through the TICKETLINK customer center (+82 1588-7890). Companions must also reserve a ticket for entry, so please book together in advance.
- For wheelchair seats, only the person whose name matches the name on the disability registration card or welfare card as the "ticket holder" can make a reservation. If this is not the case, neither the ticket holder nor the companion will be allowed entry.
- Wheelchair seats are spaces without chairs and are only available for those who use a wheelchair. Even if you have a disability registration card (or welfare card), wheelchair seats are not available for those who do not use a wheelchair.
- Responsibility for failure to bring the required proof lies solely with the ticket holder, and same-day refunds due to lack of verification are not available.


[ Reservation Precautions ]
- All tickets for this concert will be collected on-site only. Please refer to the “On-Site Ticket Pickup Information” section on the reservation page for further details.
- Tickets for this show will be digital tickets. They will be electronic card-type tickets with tagging capabilities, and entry will be managed through a tagging system using dedicated machines.
- If you choose bank transfer payment, you must complete the payment by 23:59 (KST) on the day of booking to finalize your reservation. Failure to make the payment by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your reserved tickets. (※ Please note that bank deposit deadlines may vary by bank, so please check in advance.)
- Any attempt to purchase tickets through illegal transactions or abnormal methods, or attempts to use tickets in unauthorized ways, may lead to cancellation without prior notice and may result in legal action. In such cases, refunds will not be available, so please exercise caution.
- Once collected, tickets cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded, even by the purchaser, in case of loss or damage. Please handle your ticket with care.
- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the ticketing agent's regulations, and changes or refunds are strictly prohibited on the day of the show.

[ Discount Information ]
- Disabled Discount (including 1 accompanying person) 30%
- National Merit Discount (for the individual only) 30%
* Discounted tickets can only be collected on-site, and reservations can only be made by the disabled person (with disability registration card or welfare card) and the National Merit recipient (with valid National Merit ID). And tickets cannot be picked up by a proxy or transferred to another person.
* If proof documents are not provided, tickets can only be collected on-site after paying the price difference.
