[티켓 예매 안내]

▶ 팬클럽 선예매 

- 팬클럽 인증 기간: 2025년 10월 22일(수) 14:00 (KST) ~ 28일(화) 23:59 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매 일정: 2025년 10월 27일(월) 20:00 (KST) ~ 28일(화) 23:59 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지를 통해 [K.will 공식 팬클럽 ‘HYUNGKNIGHT’ 8기] 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 회당 1인 2매 구매 가능합니다.

- 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 하지 않으면 선예매 참여가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반예매로 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내되는 사항을 잘 확인하시어 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시기 바랍니다.

 

[팬클럽 인증 방법]

1. 예매 페이지 내 “팬클럽 인증” 버튼 클릭

2. 성함 + 생년월일(YYYYMMDD) + K.will 공식 팬카페 가입 이메일 입력

3. 인증 결과 확인

- 팬클럽 인증 시, 반드시 관람하실 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID로 인증해 주시기 바랍니다. [K.will 공식 팬클럽 ‘HYUNGKNIGHT’ 8기] 가입자명과 티켓링크 예매자명, 실 관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 티켓링크 ID 1개당 한 번의 인증만 가능하며, 인증 완료 후 다른 아이디로의 변경 및 재인증은 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)로 문의 바랍니다.

 

▶ 일반예매 

- 일반예매 일정: 2025년 10월 29일(수) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 회당 1인 4매까지 예매하실 수 있습니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다. 

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다. ​ 

 

▶ 휠체어석 예매

- 휠체어석 예매 일정: 2025년 10월 30일(목) 10:00 (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 동반인 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 티켓을 예매하여야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 동반인 1인 모두 입장 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며 예매자 본인 신분증과 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드) 확인 후 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. 

- 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 증빙 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓 당일 환불은 불가합니다.

 

[예매 시 유의사항]

- 무통장 입금으로 예매 시, 예매 당일 23:59 (KST)까지 입금하셔야 예매가 취소되지 않습니다. 입금 기한이 지난 경우 예매가 자동 취소되니 유의하시기 바랍니다. (은행별 입금 마감 시간이 다를 수 있으니 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다.)

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 예매 초기분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다. 예매 전 티켓링크에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 본 공연의 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 

- 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 티켓의 변경, 취소, 환불은 예매처 규정에 의해 처리되며, 공연 당일에는 티켓의 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

▶ Fanclub Presale 

- Fanclub Verification Period: October 22, 2025 (Wed) 14:00 (KST) ~ October 28 (Tue) 23:59 (KST) 

- Fanclub Presale Period: October 27, 2025 (Mon) 20:00 (KST) ~ October 28 (Tue) 23:59 (KST)

- Fanclub presale tickets can only be purchased by individuals who have completed [K.will Official Fanclub ‘HYUNGKNIGHT’ 8th] verification within the specified period on the reservation page. Each person is limited to 2 tickets per show.

- If you do not complete Fanclub verification within the specified period, you will not be eligible for presale, and you can make a reservation in the subsequent general sale.

- If the Fanclub verification is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the global page.

- Please check the information below on how to verify the Fanclub so that there are no disadvantages in the Fanclub presale.

 

[Fanclub Verification Process]

1. Click the “Fan Club Authentication” button on the reservation page

2. Enter your Name + Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD) + K.will Official Fan Cafe Sign-up E-mail 

3. Check on your verification result 

- When verifying the Fanclub, be sure to verify with your Ticket Link ID in your name. You can watch the show only when the name of the [K.will Official Fanclub ‘HYUNGKNIGHT’ 8th] matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Ticket Link, and the actual audience.

- Only one verification is allowed per Ticket Link ID. Once completion, changing to a different ID or re-verification is not allowed. 

- In case of any errors during verification process, please contact Ticket Link Customer Center (+82-1644-3850, Only English) or online 1:1 inquiry.

 

▶ General Sale 

- General Sale Period: October 29, 2025 (Wed) 20:00 (KST) ~

- You can only purchase 4 tickets per show. (Including the ticket purchased through the Fanclub Presale)

- People who purchased tickets through Fanclub presale can also purchase additional tickets within the limit of the number of tickets during general sale.

- General sale is only available for the remaining seats after the Fanclub presale is completed, and there may be no remaining seats when the presale is sold out.

 

▶ Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale Period: October 30, 2025 (Thu) 10:00 (KST) ~

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via Ticket Link Customer Center (+82-1644-3850, Only English) or online 1:1 Inquiry, and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter. 

- You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name in the disability register card or welfare card. If you are not the person who reserves them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.

- You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats onsite on the show day after presenting the valid form of ID and disability register card (or welfare card). (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)

- Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchairs. 

- You will be held solely responsible for failure to bear and present a valid form of ID, and a ticket denied entry due to failure to verify identity will not be granted a refund on the day of the show.

 

[Reservation Note]

- If you selected the payment method without a bankbook when making a reservation, the ticket will be automatically canceled if the payment is not made by 23:59 (KST) on the day of the reservation. Please note that reservations will be automatically canceled if the deposit deadline has passed. (Each bank has different deposit deadlines, so please check in advance.)

- To prevent congestion on the day of the show, the initial portion of the reservation is operated as a batch delivery method. Before making a reservation, please be sure to check the information of the ticket holder registered in the Ticket Link.

- The organizer and the reservation site are not responsible for any problems caused by tickets purchased or acquired through a route other than the designated official reservation site for this show.

- If a reservation made through an illegal method, such as an illegal transaction or an attempt to make a reservation through an abnormal method, or a similar use is confirmed, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice and legal action may be taken. In this case, please note that the ticket cannot be refunded.

- Changes, cancellations, and refunds of tickets are handled according to the rules of the place of reservation, and tickets cannot be changed or refunded on the day of the show.

- 決められた期間内にファンクラブ認証を行わないと先行予約参加ができず、その後オープンされる一般予約で予約が可能です。

- ファンクラブ認証を韓国語予約ページで行われた場合、ファンクラブ先行予約は韓国語予約ページでのみ可能であり、グローバル予約ページで行われ場合、ファンクラブ先行予約はグローバル予約ページでのみご利用いただけます。

- ファンクラブ認証方法に関して下記の案内事項をよくご確認の上、ファンクラブ先行予約の進行に不利益がないようご注意ください。

▶ 一般予約 

- 一般予約期間: 2025年10月29日(水) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 一般予約は1回につきお1人4枚まで可能です。 (ファンクラブ先行予約枚数を含む)

- ファンクラブ先行販売でチケットを購入した人も一般予約時、枚数制限内で追加購入が可能です。

- 一般予約はファンクラブ先行予約が完了した後に残席に限って行われ、ファンクラブ先行予約が完売された場合は残席がないことがあります。

 

▶ 車椅子席予約

- 車椅子席予約期間: 2025年10月30日(木) 10:00 (KST) ~

- 車椅子席予約はTicket Linkお客様センター(+82-1644-3850、英語のみ可能)による電話でのお問い合わせ、またはオンラインでの個別お問い合わせのみ可能で、本人及び同行者1名を含む1人2枚まで予約可能です。 同行者も必ず予約しなければ入場できませんので、必ず事前に一緒に予約してください。 

- 車椅子席の場合、障害者登録証または福祉カード上のお名前が「予約者本人」である場合にのみ予約可能であり、ご本人でない場合は、予約者および同行者お一人ともご入場いただけません。

- 車椅子席は公演当日の現場受領のみ可能で、予約者本人の身分証明書と障害者登録証(または福祉カード)の確認後、チケット受領になっています。 (代理受領及び譲渡不可)

- 障害者登録証(または福祉カード)をお持ちであっても車椅子をご利用にならないお客様は車椅子席のご利用はできません。

- 指定のご本人様確認書類をお忘れの場合、これによって生じた被害はすべてご本人様の責任となります。 本人確認が取れないことによる公演当日のチケットの払い戻しはいたしません。

 

 

[予約時の注意事項]

- 振込で予約した場合、キャンセルを防ぐためには予約当日の23:59(KST)までに入金が必要です。 入金期限が過ぎた場合、予約が自動的にキャンセルされますので、ご注意ください。 (銀行別で入金締め切り時間が異なる場合がありますので、事前にご確認ください。)

- 公演当日の混雑を防ぐため、初期予約分に限り一括配送が行われます。 予約前にTicket Linkに登録されている予約者情報を必ずご確認ください。

- 本公演の公式に指定された予約先ではない他の経路を通じて購入または取得したチケットにより発生する問題について、主催/主管社と予約先は責任を負いません。

- 不法取引または正常ではない方法による予約の試みなど、不正な方法による予約件またはこれに準ずる不正な利用と確認される場合、その予約件は事前通知なしに予約取り消し処理及び法的措置を受けることがあります。その場合、チケットの払い戻しはできませんので、特にご注意ください。
