[티켓 예매 안내]

▶일정

- 멤버십 선예매 : 2024년 3월 18일(월) 오후 8시 ~ 3월 18일(월) 오후 11시 59분 (KST)

- 일반예매 : 2023년 3월 20일(수) 오후 8시 ~

▶안내사항

- 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제로 운영됩니다.

- 멤버십 선예매는 회차별 1인 1매, 일반예매는 멤버십 선예매를 포함하여 회차별 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

(ex. 선예매와 일반예매를 2회차 모두 예매할 경우 한 ID당 최대 4매 예매 가능)

- 일반예매는 멤버십 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람 가능합니다. 예매 시 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다. (미취학 아동 입장불가)

- 티켓의 변경, 취소, 환불은 공식 예매처인 티켓링크를 통해서만 가능하며,

예매 취소/마감 시간 이후(공연 당일 포함)로는 어떠한 사유로도 변경, 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다. (2024.03.21(목) 10:00부터 구매 가능)

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 사용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며,

동반 1인을 포함 총 2매까지 예매가 가능합니다.

- 복지 카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 사용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 구매가 불가합니다.

[멤버십 선예매 안내]

- 멤버십 회원 인증 기간 : 2024년 3월 13일(수) 오후 2시 ~ 3월 17일(일) 오후 11시 59분 (KST)

▶멤버십 회원 인증 방법

1. PC(웹), 모바일에서 ‘티켓링크’ 접속 후 로그인 (사전에 ‘티켓링크’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)

2. 로그인 완료 후 예매페이지 내에서 '멤버십 인증'을 클릭

3. 인증 팝업창에서 멤버십 ‘KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership’ 가입 시

기재한 멤버십 번호와 이메일 주소를 입력하여 인증 진행

* 멤버십 선예매 인증은 티켓링크 ID 한 개당 한 번만 가능합니다.

인증 완료 후에는 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며, 재인증은 불가합니다. 

- 멤버십 선예매 기간 : 2024년 3월 18일(월) 오후 8시 ~ 3월 18일(월) 오후 11시 59분 (KST)

- 선예매는 ‘KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership’ 가입 이용자에 한해 참여할 수 있으며,

멤버십과 관련된 자세한 사항은 KIMJUNSU 위버스 내 공지를 통해 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 선예매에 참여하고자 하는 멤버십 회원은 선예매 인증 기간동안 티켓링크 내 본 공연 예매페이지에서

참여 신청한 위버스샵 가입 정보를 입력하여 멤버십 인증을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 선예매 티켓 수령 시 실제 관람자, 멤버십 회원의 명의가 모두 일치해야 하며, 공연 당일 ‘멤버십 선예매 입장 게이트’를 운영할 예정입니다. 

입장 시 예매자의 실물 신분증과 위버스 멤버십 카드(모바일)를 대조하여 실제 관람자 본인의 일치 여부를 확인할 예정입니다.

본인 확인이 되지 않으면 티켓을 소지하더라도 입장 및 관람이 불가하오니, 아래 세 가지를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

· 실물 신분증

얼굴과 이름을 대조할 수 있는 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 등을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

청소년의 경우에도 얼굴과 이름을 알 수 있는 학생증 및 여권 등으로 확인 가능합니다.

· 위버스 멤버십 카드 (모바일)

명의자 이름을 확인할 수 있게 모바일 카드를 미리 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

[일반예매 안내]

- 일반예매 기간 : 2024년 3월 20일(수) 오후 8시 ~ (KST)

- 일반예매 시 티켓링크 예매자, 실제 관람자의 명의가 모두 일치해야 합니다.

현장 티켓 수령 시 예매자의 실물 신분증과 예매내역을 대조하여 실제 관람자 본인의 일치 여부를 확인할 예정입니다.

본인 확인이 되지 않으면 티켓 수령이 불가하오니, 아래 두 가지를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

· 예매내역(티켓링크)

예매번호 확인 가능한 예매내역을 지참 해 주시기 바랍니다.

· 실물 신분증

얼굴과 이름을 대조할 수 있는 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 등을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

청소년의 경우에도 얼굴과 이름을 알 수 있는 학생증 및 여권 등으로 확인 가능합니다.

[본인확인이 가능한 지정 유효 신분증]

· 대한민국 국적 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 청소년증(주민센터 발급), 학생증

· 대한민국 국적 외 : 여권, 외국인등록증

* 모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않는 실물 신분증만 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.

* 대한민국 국적의 신분증은 사진, 주민등록번호, 성명이 명확하게 기재되어 있고 공공기관의 기관장이 발행한 것이어야 합니다.

* 발급신청 확인서의 경우 반드시 기관장의 관인으로 간인하고, 사진을 포함한 인적사항, 발급번호, 유효기간은

투명 스티커가 덧붙여진 상태여야 합니다. (위 변조가 의심되는 경우 인정되지 않습니다.)

* 정보 식별이 불가한 신분증은 유효 신분증으로 인정하지 않습니다.

* 청소년증과 별개로 사진, 주민등록번호, 성명이 명확하게 확인이 가능한 학생증은 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.

- 지정된 신분증 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 본인 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다. 

- 본인 명의가 아닌 타인의 ID로 티켓을 구매한 경우,

신분증과 증빙서류를 모두 지참하더라도 예매자 명의와 실 관람자 명의가 다르므로 입장이 불가합니다.

예매 시 반드시 실제 관람자의 명의로 예매하시기 바랍니다. (가족 간 양도 및 직계가족 구매 불가)

- 신분증 위·변조 의심 사례가 많습니다.

위 변조가 의심되는 경우 추가 증빙을 통한 본인확인 절차가 진행될 수 있으니 협조 부탁드립니다.

 

[티켓배송 및 수령 안내]

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매 분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영됩니다.

* 일괄 배송일 : 2024년 4월 2일 (화)

- 일괄 배송일 이후 예매 건은 공연 당일 현장에서 수령 가능합니다.

- 고객의 부재로 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 매표소에서 수령하셔야 합니다.

- 배송된 티켓은 온라인 예매 취소가 불가합니다.

배송받으신 티켓을 티켓링크 본사로 반송하여 접수가 완료된 이후 취소가 가능합니다.

- 배송받은 티켓을 포함하여 모든 수령 티켓은 분실 및 파손의 경우 재 발권 및 취소/환불이 불가능하며, 

그 어떠한 사유로도 티켓 미소지 시 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다. 티켓 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 반송 확인 및 관련문의는 해당 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

- Membership Pre-sale: 8PM on March 18, 2024 (Monday) ~ 11:59 PM on March 18, 2024 (Monday) (KST)

- General Ticket Sale: 8:00 PM on March 20, 2024 (Wednesday) ~

▶ Guidelines

- This performance operates on an assigned seating basis throughout the venue.

- Membership pre-sale allows each person to purchase one ticket per show, while general ticket sales allow each person to purchase up to two tickets per show, including membership pre-sale tickets. 

(For example, if you purchase tickets for all two performances during both pre-sale and general sale, you can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per ID.)

- General ticket sales will only be available for remaining seats after membership pre-sale is completed. If membership pre-sale tickets are sold out, there may be no remaining seats for general sales. 

- This performance is suitable for audiences aged 8 and above. Please be cautious when making reservations. (Children under the age of 8 are not allowed.)

- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds can only be processed through the official ticketing platform, TicketLink. After the cancellation/deadline time (including the day of the performance), no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed for any reason. 

- Wheelchair seats are available for purchase only through phone reservations with the TicketLink Customer Center (1588-7890).

- Wheelchair seats are spaces without chairs, designated for audience members who use wheelchairs. A maximum of 2 tickets can be reserved, including one companion. 

- Even if you have a welfare card, you cannot purchase wheelchair seats if you do not use a wheelchair.

[Membership Pre-sale Information]

- Membership Verification Period: 2:00 PM on March 13, 2024 (Wednesday) ~ 11:59 PM on March 17, 2024 (Sunday) (KST)

[Membership Verification Method]

1. Access 'TicketLink' via PC(web) or mobile and log in (Please ensure you have completed the 'TicketLink' membership registration in advance).

2. After successfully logging in, click 'Membership Verification' on the reservation page.

3. In the verification pop-up window, enter the membership number and email address that you provided when joining the 'KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership'.

* Membership pre-sale verification can only be done once per TicketLink ID.

Once verification is completed, it cannot be changed to a different ID, and re-verification is not allowed.

- Membership Pre-sale Period: 8:00 PM on March 18, 2024 (Monday) ~ 11:59 PM on March 18, 2024 (Monday) (KST)

- Pre-sale is available only for users who are members of 'KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership.' For detailed information regarding membership, please refer to the notices posted on KIMJUNSU's Weverse.

- Members who wish to participate in the pre-sale must complete membership verification during the verification period by entering their Weverse Shop membership information on the ticketing page for this performance within TicketLink.

- The name of the actual attendee and the membership member must match when picking up the pre-sale tickets, and we will operate a "membership pre-sale entry gate" on the day of the show.

Upon entry, we will cross-reference the 'actual ID' and the 'Weverse membership card (mobile)' of the ticket holder to verify the actual attendee's identity

If your identity cannot be confirmed, entry and attendance will not be possible, even if you possess a ticket, so please make sure to have the following three items with you.

· Advance ticket

· Actual ID

Please prepare a resident registration card, driver's license, passport, etc. that can match your face and name.

In the case of adolescents, prepare a student ID and passport to check their faces and names and show them to us.

· Weverse Membership Card (Mobile)

Please pre-arrange your mobile card for name verification.

[General reservation]

- General reservation period : March 20, 2024(Wednesday) 8pm~(KST)

For general reservations, the names of ticketLink reservation holders and actual visitors must all match.

When receiving an on-site ticket, we will check whether the actual viewer matches by comparing the reservation’s actual ID with the reservation details.

If your identity cannot be confirmed, entry and attendance will not be possible, even if you possess a ticket, so please make sure to have the following two items with you.

· Reservation details

Please bring the reservation details which you can check the reservation number.

· Actual ID

Please prepare a resident registration card, driver's license, passport, etc. that can match your face and name.

In the case of adolescents, prepare a student ID and passport to check their faces and names and show them to us.

[Accepted Valid Identification Documents with Verifiable Personal Information]

· For Korean Nationals: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth card (issued by the local community center), student ID

· For Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Certificate of Alien Registration

* All identification cards must be valid physical documents with no expired dates.

* For Korean nationals, the identification card must clearly state the photo, resident registration number, and full name, and it must be issued by a public institution.

* In the case of the issuance confirmation certificate, it must bear the personal seal of the head of the issuing authority, and personal information including the photo, issuance number, and validity period must be affixed with a transparent sticker. (Documents suspected of tampering will not be accepted.)

* Identification documents that cannot be used to verify information will not be considered valid.

* Student IDs separate from youth cards are valid only if they clearly display the photo, resident registration number, and full name.

 - The responsibility for not presenting the designated identification document lies entirely with the individual, and tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the event due to failure to verify one's identity.

- In cases where tickets are purchased using someone else's ID, even if both identification and supporting documents are presented, entry is not allowed as the name of the ticket holder and the actual attendee do not match. Please make reservations under the name of the actual attendee. (Transfers among family members and purchases by direct family members are not allowed.)

- There have been many cases of suspected forgery or tampering with identification. 

If there are suspicions of tampering, additional verification procedures may be conducted. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

[Ticket Delivery and Pick-Up Information]

- To prevent crowd congestion on the day of the performance, early ticket reservations will be delivered collectively.

* Collective Delivery Date: April 2, 2024 (Tuesday)

- Tickets reserved after the collective delivery date can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance.

- Tickets returned due to customer absence must be collected at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the performance.

- Shipped tickets cannot be canceled online..

Cancellations can only be processed after the TicketLink HQ receives the returned tickets and completes the return process.

- All delivered tickets, including those received through delivery, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded in cases of loss or damage. Entry and attendance will not be allowed without tickets for any reason. Please take special care to keep your tickets safe.

- 本公演は、全席指定席となります。

- メンバーシップ先行予約は各公演で1人1枚、一般予約はメンバーシップ先行予約を含めて各公演で1人2枚までご予約いただけます。

(ex. 先行予約と一般予約で2回の公演全部予約する場合、一つのIDで最大4枚まで予約可能)

- 一般予約は、メンバーシップ先行予約完了後、残席に限って行われます。メンバーシップ先行予約で全席予約されると残席がない場合がございます。

- 本公演は8歳以上からご観覧いただけます。予約の際に、ご注意ください。(就学前児童はご入場いただけません)

- チケットの変更、キャンセル、払戻は公式販売先であるチケットリンクでのみ可能で、

予約のキャンセル・締切時間以降(公演当日を含む)にはいかなる理由でも変更、キャンセル、払戻ができません。

- 車椅子席は、チケットリンクの顧客センター(1588-7890)での電話予約のみ可能です。

- 車椅子席は、椅子のない空間で車椅子を利用するお客様だけご購入いただける席であり、

同伴1人を含めて合計2枚までご予約いただけます。

- 福祉カードをお持ちの方も、車椅子を利用しないお客様は車椅子席のご購入ができません。

[メンバーシップ会員の認証方法]

1. PC(ウェブ)、モバイルで「チケットリンク」にアクセスした後、ログイン (事前に「チケットリンク」への会員登録を完了してください。)

* チケットリンク IDの名義者とメンバーシップ会員の名義者が必ず一致しなければなりません。

2. ログイン完了後、予約ページ内で 「メンバーシップ認証」をクリック

3. 認証ポップアップページでメンバーシップ 「KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership」に加入する際に

記載したメンバーシップ番号とメールアドレスを入力して認証を行う 

* メンバーシップ先行予約認証は、チケットリンク １ID当たり1回だけ可能です。 

認証完了後には他のIDへの変更は不可能で、再認証はできません。

- メンバーシップ先行予約期間 : 2024年 3月 18日(月) 午後 8時 ~ 3月 18日(月) 午後 11時 59分 (KST)

- 先行予約は 「KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd Membership」の方にのみご参加いただけます。 

メンバーシップに関する詳しい内容は、 KIMJUNSU WEVERSE内の告知の方でご確認いただけます。

- 先行予約をご希望のメンバーシップ会員の方は、先行予約認証期間中にチケットリンク内の本公演予約ページで

参加申請したWeverse Shopの加入情報を入力し、メンバーシップ認証を完了してください。

- 先行申請の受け取りの際、実際の観覧者、メンバーシップ会員名義者がすべて一致しなければなりません。

公演当日「メンバーシップ専用入場ゲート」を運営する予定です。

入場時に予約者の実物身分証とウィーバーズメンバーシップカード(モバイル)を対照し、実際の観覧者本人の一致有無を確認する予定です。

本人確認ができない場合、チケットをお持ちいただいても入場や観覧はできませんので、下記の3種類を必ずご持参ください。

· 予約チケット

· 実物の身分証明書

顔と名前を照合できる住民登録証、運転免許証、パスポートなどをご用意ください。

青少年の場合も、顔や名前がわかる学生証やパスポートなどで確認できます。

· Weverseメンバーシップカード(モバイル)

名義者の名前が確認できるよう、モバイルカードを予めご用意ください。

[一般予約の案内]

- 一般予約期間 : 2024年 3月 20日(水) 午後 8時 ~ (KST)

‐ 一般予約のご希望な方は、必ずご本人の名義でご予約ください。   

チケットの現地受領の際、原本の身分証明書と予約内容で本人確認を行います。

本人確認ができない場合、チケットをお持ちいただいても入場や観覧はできませんので、下記の2種類を必ずご持参ください。

· 予約内容(チケットリンク)

予約番号の記載されている予約内容をご持参ください。

· 実物の身分証明書

顔写真付きな住民登録証、運転免許証、パスポートなどをご用意ください。

未成年の場合も、顔や名前が記載された学生証やパスポートなどで確認できます。

 [本人確認の可能な指定の有効な身分証明書]

· 韓国国籍の方 : 住民登録証、運転免許証、パスポート、青少年証(住民センターで発行)、学生証

· 韓国国籍以外の方 : パスポート、外国人登録証

* すべての身分証は、有効期間満了前の実物身分証だけ有効だと認めます。

* 韓国国籍の身分証は、写真、住民登録番号、氏名が明確に記載されており、公共機関の機関長が発行したものでなければなりません。

* 発行申請確認書の場合、必ず機関長の官印で割り印し、写真や人的事項、発行番号、有効期間は

透明シールで貼り付けられた状態でなければなりません。(捏造が疑われる場合、認められません。)

* 情報識別が不可能な身分証は有効身分証として認めません。

* 青少年証と別途で写真、住民登録番号、氏名が明確に確認が可能な学生証は有効だと認めます。

- 指定された身分証を持参されない場合、その責任はすべて本人にあり、本人確認ができないという理由でのチケットの当日払戻は不可能です。

- 本人の名義ではない他人のIDでチケットをご購入いただいた場合、

身分証と証憑書類を持参しても予約者の名義と実観覧者の名義が異なりますので、ご入場いただけません。

予約の際に、必ず実観覧者の名義でご予約ください。(家族間譲渡及び直系家族の購入不可能)

- 身分証の捏造が疑われる事例が多々あります。

捏造が疑われる場合、追加証憑による本人確認手続きが行われることがございますので、予めご了承ください。

[チケット配送及び受取の案内]

- 公演当日、混雑を避けるため初期予約分は一括配送方式で運営されます。

* 一括配送日 : 2024年 4月 2日 火曜日

- 一括配送日以降の予約の件は、公演当日、現場でご受取いただけます。

- お客様の不在により返送されたチケットは公演当日、現場のチケット売り場でお受け取りください。

- 配送されたチケットはインターネットでのキャンセルができません。

配送されたチケットをチケットリンク本社に返送し、受付が完了した後、キャンセルが可能になります。

- 配送されたチケットを含むすべての受領チケットは紛失及び破損の場合、再発券及びキャンセル/払い戻しが不可能で、

いかなる理由でもチケットをお持ちでない場合、ご入場及びご観覧いただけません。チケットの保管にご注意お願いいたします。

- 返送確認などに関しては、チケットリンクの顧客センタ(1588-7890)へお問い合わせください。
