Hello. We are SPRINGENT, the producing company of the concert.
12일 (월)부터 수도권 거리두기가 최대 단계인 4단계로 격상되고, 확산세가 갈수록 거세지고 있는 현 상황에서
7월 30일 (금) / 7월 31일 (토) / 8월 1일 (일) KSPO DOME (올림픽공원 체조경기장) 에서 진행 예정이었던
‘2021 KIM JAE HWAN CONCERT [ALARM]’ 공연이 전 회차 취소됨을 알려 드립니다.
We are sorry to announce that '2021 KIM JAE HWAN CONCERT [ALARM]’ is canceled which was scheduled to be performed on 30th, 31st of July and the 1st of August(Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in KSPO DOME, since the social distancing in the metropolitan area has been upgraded to the maximum level of four.
12일 (월) 오후 7시부터 판매가 예정되어 있었던 일반 예매 티켓 판매 일정 또한 취소됨을 안내 드립니다.
8일 (목) 오후 7시에 판매 진행되었던 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 금액 또한 순차적으로 전액 환불 조치될 예정입니다.
취소 처리는 예매처에서 일괄적으로 진행될 예정입니다. 고객님께서 직접 취소 시, 취소 수수료가 부과되오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.
Also the general reservation ticket sales which was scheduled to be sold from 7 p.m. on the 12th (Monday), will also be canceled.
The amount of pre-booking tickets for the fan club, which was sold at
7 p.m. on the 8th (Thursday), will also be refunded in full sequentially.
Cancellation processing will be carried out at the reservation office. Please note that if you cancel it yourself, there will be a cancellation fee.

■ 무통장입금 예매
- 티켓링크(PC, 모바일 웹, 앱) > 마이페이지 > 환불계좌관리에 환불계좌 정보를
입력해주시면 환불 접수 완료
- 무통장입금 환불 계좌는 본인 명의의 계좌만 등록/변경 가능합니다.
■ 카드결제
- 일괄적으로 카드결제 승인 취소
■ 티켓링크 실시간계좌이체
- 취소 처리를 접수한 날로부터 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내에 고객 환불 계좌로 환불
(고객님께서 결제하신 계좌로 환불)
- 별도 환불 정보는 필요 없습니다.

[Refund Procedure Guide]
※ Please note that you will be charged with cancellation fee
if you cancel it your self.
■ Deposit without a bankbook
- TicketLink(PC, Mobile web, App) > My page > If you enter the
refund account information in the refund account management,
the refund receipt is completed.
- You can only register/change accounts under your name for
a refund account.
■ Credit Cards
- Card Payment Approvals will be canceled
■ Bank account transfer
- Refund to the customer's refund account within 1–3 business
days from the date of receipt of cancellation processing
(refund to the account paid)
- No refund information is required.

팬 여러분들과 아티스트, 전 스탭들의 건강과 안전을 최우선시하며,
코로나19 확산 방지를 위한 방역 당국의 고강도 방역 조치에 협조하는 차원에서 고심하여 내린 어려운 결정임을 너그러이 이해 부탁드립니다.
At current point, it is difficult to guarantee that the scale of the infection will be eased until the date of the performance, since spread of the infectious disease is intensified.
Please kindly understand that this is a difficult decision made to put the health and safety of our fans, artists, and all our staff first and in order to cooperate with the quarantine authorities' high-intensity quarantine measures to prevent the spread of covid 19.
오랜만의 공연 소식에 행복한 마음으로 기다려 주신 팬 여러분들에게 다시 한번 공연 취소라는 소식을 전해 드리게 된 점 진심으로 사과드리며, 항상 건강에 유의하시길 바랍니다.
