우선 정중히 머리 숙여 사과드립니다.
부득이한 사정으로 인해 예정되어있던 5월24일(금)~25일(토) 양일간 "여수엑스포 OTT뮤직페스티벌" 공연의 진행이 어렵게 되었습니다.
간절한 마음으로 오랜시간 열심히 준비했던 행사입니다.
이런 공식사과문을 발송하게 되어 저희 주최사도 마음이 무거우며, 슬프기까지 합
오랜시간 아티스트와의 만남을 기다리셨을 티켓구매자님과.
그동안 함께 해주신 여러 많은 관계자 분들과, 기업들에게.
머리숙여 진심에 진심을 담아 다시 사과 말씀드립니다.
여수엑스포 OTT뮤직페스티벌을 주최하는 (주)골든플래닝은 공연의 원한 진행을 위해 다양한 대책을 고민하고 최선을 다해 노력하였으나, 안타깝게도 행사예정지의 안전관리 대책 미흡과, 기타 여러 가지 문제로 남은 기간 행사를 개최하기에 물리 적으로 어렵다고 판단되었습니다.
여러 가지 상황에 대하여 행사 축소 또는 연기등 대책을 수립하고 방법을 모색하 였으나, 최종적으로 원활한 진행이 어려울것으로 판단된점에 대해 깊은 유감의 말 씀을 드립니다.
다시 한번 머리 숙여 사과드립니다.
※ 예매하신 내역에 대한 취소 및 환불은 5월 13일(월)에 일괄적으로 취소 및 환불 처리 예정입니다.

(According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use) 1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy. - Within 7 days from the reservation : None - After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.) - Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price) - Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price) - Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price) - If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed. |
