Firstly, we would like to express our regret to all the fans who have shown interest in 'Waterbomb Gwangju 2023,' as it has been canceled. The previously purchased tickets for the concert will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued through the original payment method. You don't need to cancel them manually; please wait for the automatic cancellation process. However, please note that if you choose to cancel manually, cancellation fees may apply. We promise to do our best to address any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of this concert.

[Guidelines for Mass Cancellation]

The reservations for 'Waterbomb Gwangju 2023' on July 8th will be canceled and refunded sequentially without any fees. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth refund process.

 

[Credit Card Payment]: Card payment authorizations will be canceled collectively. The cancellation approval process takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, depending on the card issuer.

 

[Bank Transfer]: Once the refund account information is entered in 'My Page' under [Reservation History Check/Cancel], the refund request will be completed. It takes approximately 7 business days until the refund is deposited.

 

※ Only bank accounts under the account holder's name can be registered or changed for bank transfers.

※ Please enter the refund account information after receiving the cancellation completion SMS. If entered before receiving the cancellation completion SMS, cancellation fees will be charged. If you don't have a bank account under your name, refund processing is not possible. In the case of using an account under a different name, please contact the customer center of the ticketing agency.
