[Reservation Note]
- Pre-application and verification for Fanclub presale for the additional opening show will not be conducted separately. The presale for the additional opening show will be exclusively available to those who have been certified in the previous presale.
- Those who have not completed Fanclub Presale verification can purchase tickets in the general sale after Fanclub Presale.
- During the Fanclub Presale period, the already-opened shows on 5/25 (Sat) and 5/26 (Sun) are also available for reservation only for Fanclub-certified individuals.
- Due to system setup time for the additional ticket opening, ticket sales will be temporarily suspended during the following periods. We appreciate your understanding.

Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use) 1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy. - Within 7 days from the reservation : None - After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.) - Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price) - Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price) - Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price) - If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed. |
