[Notice for Admission]
- To visit Seoul ADEX during Business Days, October 17th(Tue) ~ October 20th(Fri), a separate ticket for business day is needed. (Buy Business Tickets)
- For preschool child(born after January 1st, 2017), evidential
document(passport, certified copy of resident registration, etc.) is necessary
to get a free ticket during Public days.

clubs, explosive materials, ammunition, flammables, compressed gas cylinders,

bullets, throwing stars, blasting caps, etc.
- Flammable or explosive items that may cause serious
injury
: Explosive materials, ammunition, fireworks,
flares(in any form), lighter fluid(quantity restrictions), lighter(quantity
restrictions), liquefied petroleum gas(butane gas), aerosol(any except for
personal care or toiletries in limited quantities), disabling chemicals,
flammable items, poisons, etc.
- Items which are expected to be hazardous & other
restricted items
• Drones, Wireless-controlled toys(RC cars, Airplanes, etc.), lighter
guns, toy guns(BB-guns, etc.)
• Personal mobilities((electric)bicycles, kickboards, power wheels,
skateboards, roller skates)

| Cancellation | Cancellation fee will be imposed upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made on the day of your reservation and the reservation fee will not be refundable. Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use) 1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy. - Within 7 days from the reservation : None - After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.) - Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price) - Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price) - Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price) - If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed. |
