▶Reservation information

- Please be informed that the artist's participation and schedule may change depending on the individual circumstances of the performance. Refund or partial refund is not possible.

- The audience rating for this performance is ages 7 and up, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

- You can purchase two tickets per person

- This is a standing performance. There are no designated seats and it will be outdoors. 

- The organizer and the reservation office are not responsible for damages caused by illegal transactions, such as resale and transfer of advance tickets.

- Civil and criminal sanctions may apply to ticket counterfeiting or tampering.

- Admission to JUMF 2023 is limited to 10,000 people per day. If tickets are sold out, additional tickets cannot be issued, so please book a ticket as soon as possible.

▶Ticket Information(티켓 정보)

- The three-day ticket, two-day ticket (Friday, Saturday), and two-day ticket (Saturday, Sunday) cannot be canceled or changed.

- Changes, cancellations, or refunds of the ticket are only available where you made the reservation, and a cancellation fee may be charged.

- No changes, cancellations or refunds of the ticket can be made on the day of the performance. (Cancellations or refunds due to rain)

※ ※ If you lose/damage the ticket you received, it will not be reissued under any circumstances, so please pay special attention to ticket management.

- The parties that participated in transactions are solely responsible for the damage caused by direct personal transactions.

 - Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded on the day of the performance.

▶ Viewing information(정보보기)

- Please be advised that umbrellas and parasols are not allowed in the standing zone for smoother performances and to prevent blocking the view of other visitors.

- The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of belongings, so please pay special attention to managing them.

- If you interfere with other people's viewing of the performance or threaten their safety, you may be immediately addressed and sent off.

- Please check the notification that will be posted later for the detailed list of prohibited items.

1. JUMF2023 Pre-booking 10% discount

- 1 day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): 70,000 won

- Two-day ticket (Friday+Saturday, Saturday+Sunday): 105,000 won

- Three-day ticket (Friday+Saturday+Sunday): 135,000 won

2. 20% discount on Jeonbuk Bank Card

- One-day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 80,000 won → 64,000 won

- Two-day ticket (Friday+Saturday,Saturday+Sunday) 120,000 won → 96,000 won

- Three-day ticket (Friday+Saturday+Sunday) 160,000 won → 128,000 won

- Discounts cannot be added on to with other discounts

- Discounts can only be made if you select a card discount directly at the reservation stage and pay with a Jeonbuk Bank Card

- Discounts are not available for JB prepaid and gift cards

- In the case of Jeonbuk Bank Card discounts, JB Card discounts are not applicable when purchasing on-site on the day of the performance.

2. 20% discount on KwangJu Bank Card

- One-day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 80,000 won → 64,000 won

- Two-day ticket (Friday+Saturday, Saturday+Sunday) 120,000 won → 96,000 won

- Three-day ticket (Friday+Saturday+Sunday) 160,000 won → 128,000 won

- Discounts cannot be added on to with other discounts

- Discounts can only be made if you select a card discount directly at the reservation stage and pay with KwangJu Card

- Discounts are not available for JB prepaid and gift cards

- In the case of GwangJu Bank Card discounts, KJ Card discounts are not applicable when purchasing on-site on the day of the performance.

3. 50% discount for persons with disabilities and national merit

- One-day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 80,000 won → 40,000 won

- Two-day ticket (Friday+Saturday, Saturday+Sunday) 120,000 won → 60,000 won

- Three-day ticket (Friday+Saturday+Sunday) 160,000 won → 80,000 won

- Discounts cannot be added on to with other discounts

- Discounts for persons with disabilities or national merit cannot be applied when purchasing on-site on the day of the performance

- Grade 1-3 for the disabled can receive a 50% discount for yourself and one other, 50% discount on Grade 4-6 for the disabled, and tickets can be received after paying the difference if you do not have your disability card.

- 50% discount for persons of national merit and one accompanying person. If you do not have a certificate of merit card, you can receive the ticket after paying the difference.

- Note: Discount tickets for persons with disabilities and national merit can be received after checking the evidence card on the spot, and if the evidence card is not present, the difference must be paid to enter (ticket exchange/refund is not possible on the day of the performance)

- Evidence document of the day: Personal confirmation of reservation ticket for the disabled in your name or national merit card

4. 30% discount for teenagers under the age of 18

- One-day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 80,000 won → 56,000 won

- Two-day ticket (Friday+Saturday, Saturday+Sunday) 120,000 won → 84,000 won

- Three-day ticket (Friday+Saturday+Sunday) 160,000 won → 112,000 won

- Tickets can only be received on-site and can be received after checking ID or student ID.

- If you do not have your ID or student ID card, you can receive it after paying the difference.

- In the case of youth discounts, if the reservation name is different from the recipient, you must bring a copy of the ID of the person who made the reservation and the recipient's ID or student ID (refund the difference in case of unknown reference)

Guidelines for admission and viewing precautions(유의사항 및 주의사항)

-The audience rating of this performance is 7 years of age or older, and children under 7 years of age are not allowed to enter. A copy of their resident registration, passport, and medical insurance card are checked at the site on the day of the performance.

- Goods inspection will be conducted before entering the concert hall, and if you have the following prohibited items, you can enter after storing them in the goods storage.

- Dangerous substances such as food, glass bottles, cans, firecrackers, lasers, flash, firearms, and weapons

- All foods, such as fast food, delivery food, food that may spoil in summer heat, food that can cause discomfort to others, or food that can impair or contaminate the environment of performances

- Shades and tents cannot be installed except in designated locations. (Tents or shades that exceed the standard may be restricted.)

- Liquor such as soju, beer, and wine (will be sold at F&B in the venue on the same day)

- Ice box, cooking utensils

- Drones, selfie sticks, professional cameras and tripods

- Food cannot be brought into the concert hall because of the risk of food poisoning and garbage disposal problems.

- General photos and videos can be taken in the concert hall, but if you shoot a performance using professional equipment, it can be restrained according to copyright law.

- Smoking areas will be operated in the concert hall, and smoking will be prohibited in other places. You may be immediately controlled and exited, and tickets are non-refundable.

-Please be prepared as your clothes may get wet because there is a water special effect for the heat wave.

- If a ticket or band is found to be forged or tampered with, the party shall be immediately sent off and held liable for civil and criminal charges.​
