Hello. To everyone who loves the 2026-2027 DOH KYUNG SOO CONCERT TOUR [DAY OFF] IN SEOUL: regarding the previously announced venue change and re-booking notice, we are providing this notice again with the detailed information included.

We apologize that our earlier guidance was not sufficient, and we kindly ask for your generous understanding.

Due to unavoidable circumstances near the venue that made it difficult to ensure the audience's safety and the smooth running of the performance, the venue has been changed.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as this decision was made to present the concert in a safer and more comfortable environment.

■ Venue Change

  · Before: TICKETLINK LIVE ARENA  →  After: KINTEX 1, Exhibition Hall 5

  · Date & Time: Same as before

■ Full Cancellation and Re-booking

  · As the new venue has a different seating configuration, all existing bookings will be automatically cancelled and re-booking will proceed.

  · Automatic cancellation & refund: All existing bookings will be cancelled at once from 14:00 (KST) on Sep 8 (Tue), and automatically refunded to the original payment method.

    (Depending on the card company, the refund may take several days to be reflected.)

· If you cancel your ticket individually before the batch cancellation is completed, you will not be eligible for the pre-sale benefit during re-booking. Please be sure to book according to the announced schedule only after the batch cancellation is complete.

■ Refund Guide

  · Bank transfer: Please enter your refund account in My Page.

    (My Page > Member Information > Refund Account Management > Enter Refund Account)

  · Card payment: After a cancellation SMS notice, cancellations are processed automatically in a batch; this takes approximately 5–7 days depending on the card company.

  · Please note that a fee may be charged if you cancel directly on the booking page.

· 1st Pre-sale (Existing-performance fan club pre-sale purchasers) :

- Existing-performance Domestic-page pre-sale purchasers  Sep 14 (Mon) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

- Existing-performance Global-page pre-sale purchasers  Sep 15 (Tue) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

  · 1st Wheelchair Pre-sale (Existing-performance fan club wheelchair pre-sale purchasers) :

- Existing-performance Domestic-page pre-sale purchasers  Sep 14 (Mon) 10:00 ~ 18:59 (KST)

- Existing-performance Global-page pre-sale purchasers  Sep 15 (Tue) 10:00 ~ 18:59 (KST)

  * The 1st Pre-sale is conducted only for ‘customers who completed the existing performance’s fan club pre-sale as of the announcement date’. When you log in with the same account you used for the pre-sale, your existing pre-sale history is verified automatically, so you can book right at the booking time without any additional verification. (Based on each Domestic/Global booking page.)

* Existing-performance general purchasers are excluded from the 1st Pre-sale. Among existing-performance general purchasers, those who are ‘members of the DOH KYUNG SOO Official Fan Club 3rd generation’ can take part in the 2nd Pre-sale after completing the 2nd Pre-sale Fan Club verification.

  · 2nd Pre-sale Fan Club verification (Domestic/Global) : Sep 16 (Wed) 10:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

· 2nd Pre-sale :

- Domestic  Sep 17 (Thu) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

- Global  Sep 18 (Fri) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

· 2nd Wheelchair Pre-sale :

- Domestic  Sep 17 (Thu) 10:00 ~ 18:59 (KST)

- Global  Sep 18 (Fri) 10:00 ~ 18:59 (KST)

  * The 2nd Pre-sale is conducted only for ‘members of the DOH KYUNG SOO Official Fan Club 3rd generation’ who did not take part in the existing performance’s fan club pre-sale or did not take part in the 1st Pre-sale. You must complete the Fan Club verification for the 2nd Pre-sale yourself within the period; if you are not verified within the verification period, pre-sale will be restricted.

  · General Sale : Sep 21 (Mon) 20:00 (KST) ~

· Wheelchair General Sale : Sep 21 (Mon) 10:00 (KST) ~

■ Please Note

  · Re-booking proceeds as a new payment.

  · Purchase limit: 1st / 2nd Pre-sale — 1 ticket per person; General Sale — 2 tickets per person (including pre-sale purchases).

    (Duplicate booking across pre-sale rounds is not allowed; if you booked in the 1st Pre-sale, booking in the 2nd Pre-sale will be restricted.)

· Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis within the selectable range, and the same seat or grade as before is not guaranteed.

  · All card tickets will be switched to on-site pickup, and any delivery fee already paid will be refunded together with the existing ticket.

  · Please refer to the booking page at a later date for the updated seating layout, grade, and price.
