- The membership pre-sale is available only to members of the JANG HANEUM 1st Global Official Fanclub "BAMBIZ" who have completed the pre-sale verification process.

- Detailed information regarding the membership pre-sale will be provided on the ticket reservation page at a later date.

- General ticket sales will be available only for any remaining seats after the membership pre-sale.

- General Sale: August 3, 2026 (Mon) 10:00 AM – August 21, 2026 (Fri) 5:00 PM (KST)

- Wheelchair seating membership pre-sale is available only to members of the JANG HANEUM 1st Global Official Fanclub "BAMBIZ" who have completed the pre-sale verification process.

- Wheelchair seating tickets can only be reserved by phone through the Ticketlink Customer Service Center (Tel: +82-1588-7890). (* Customer Service Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (KST).)

- Global reservations for wheelchair seating are available by phone only through the Global Customer Service Center (Tel: +82-1644-3850).
