- Fanclub Presale is only available to those who have joined the Jung Seung Hwan Official Fanclub US and have completed verification by July 1, 2026 (Wed) 11:59 PM (KST) on the ticketLINK booking page.

- Fanclub Presale is available exclusively to paid members of Jung Seung Hwan Official Fanclub US. Each member may purchase up to 1 ticket per show.

- Membership for Jung Seung Hwan Official Fanclub US is available via Berriz(https://berriz.in/JSH).

- Members who join the fanclub on or after July 1 (Wed), 2026, 11:59 PM (KST) will are not eligible to participate in the Fanclub Presale.

- Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show.

- If fan club verification is done on the Korean-language reservation page, you can only reserve tickets on that page. Likewise, if verification is done on the global reservation page, you can only reserve tickets on the global page.

- Fanclub Presale Verification is available on the ticketLINK booking page. Verification will be completed by entering the [Name/Fanclub Membership Number] registered in your Jung Seung Hwan Official Fanclub US Membership information.

[General Sale Information]

▶​ General Sale Open: July 13 (Mon), 2026, 8PM (KST) ~

- You may purchase up to 2 tickets per person per show including the tickets purchased during the Fanclub Presale.

- General sale will be open for remaining and canceled seats from the Fanclub Presale. If all tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available at the time of the general sale.

[Wheelchair Seat Sale Information]

▶​ Wheelchair Seat Sale Open: July 14 (Tue), 2026, 10AM (KST) ~

- Wheelchair Seat can only be purchased by phone via ticketLINK Service Center. Wheelchair seats can be purchased for the wheelchair user and 1 companion. The companion for the Wheelchair Seats should also purchase a ticket to be admitted, and they will be provided with a portable chair.

- Wheelchair Seats are spaces without chairs and are only available for wheelchair users. Non-wheelchair users cannot use the Wheelchair Seats even with a Welfare Card.

- Wheelchair seats can be purchased only if the name on the Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card matches the ticket holder themselves. If the person collecting the ticket is not the registered purchaser, both the purchaser and their companion will not be admitted. (No third-party pickup or ticket transfers allowed.)

- Wheelchair seat tickets can be picked up on the day of the concert after verifying the ticket holder’s identity. Please bring your physical ID and Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) to pick up your tickets.

- You are solely responsible for bringing the required proof of eligibility, and tickets will not be refunded on the day of the show if eligibility cannot be verified.
