Notice on Global Member Identity Verification Service

We have newly introduced a global member identity verification service. Products that require membership verification may display a “Verified Members Only” badge.  Only users who have completed identity verification with their passport are eligible to purchase tickets. If you wish to purchase tickets, please complete identity verification using your passport.

The Global Identity Verification service is not available for holders of South Korean passports. However, as an exception, overseas South Korean citizens who are unable to complete Korean mobile phone verification may request verification through the global channel by submitting a Global 1:1 Inquiry.

Please select the inquiry type as "ETC" and attach the following documents:

 ● Certificate of Overseas Korean Registration

 ​● ​South Korean Passport

If obtaining the Certificate of Overseas Korean Registration is difficult, a foreign residence card or foreign registration card may be accepted as a substitute.

Once your status as an Overseas Korean has been verified, we will guide you through the global identity verification process. 

Additionally, for product with global identity verification(ekyc), a ticket service fee of 8,000 won will be charged. Services fees may vary by product, so please check before making a reservation.​​
