- Membership advance booking runs from 20:00 on Monday, November 14, 2025, to 23:59 on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

1) Access ‘Ticketlink’ via PC (web) or mobile and log in (Please complete ‘Ticketlink’ membership registration beforehand.)

2) After logging in, click ‘Membership Verification’ within the reservation page

3) In the verification pop-up window, verify using the [Purchaser Name/Membership Number (000000)] information entered when applying for ‘Official Membership Pre-sale’.

※ Membership verification is only possible once per Ticketlink ID. After verification is complete, you cannot change to another ID, nor can you re-verify.

- Please ensure you complete ‘Membership Verification’ before proceeding with the membership pre-sale.

- If you do not complete ‘Membership Verification’ on the Ticketlink site, you will be unable to purchase tickets on the pre-sale day. Please review this information beforehand to avoid any issues with your purchase.

- Pre-verification is possible on both the domestic and global pages, but advance booking is only available on the page where verification was completed.

- If verified on the 2025 JAECHAN’s BIRTHDAY [Promise of Winter] domestic page, booking is only possible on the 2025 JAECHAN’s BIRTHDAY [Promise of Winter] domestic page.

- If you verified on the 2025 JAECHAN’s BIRTHDAY [Promise of Winter] global page, you can only make reservations on the 2025 JAECHAN’s BIRTHDAY [Promise of Winter] global page.

- If you withdraw your pre-certified ID, you will not be eligible for the pre-sale benefit.

- Membership pre-sales are available only via web and mobile; phone reservations are not possible.

- Membership pre-sales do not accept bank transfers.

[General Ticket Sales Information]

- General ticket sales period: Starting Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM

- General ticket purchase limit: 2 tickets per person per show (including tickets purchased during the membership pre-sale)

- General ticket sales will only be available for remaining seats after the membership pre-sale concludes.

- Bank transfer payments are accepted for general ticket purchases.
