1. Fan Club Pre-sale Information

- Restriction on the number of pre-sale ticket for fan clubs: 1 ticket per session

- Fan Club certification period: July 30, 2025 (Wed) 14:00 (KST) ~ August 01 (Fri) 23:59 (KST)

- Fan Club Pre-sale: July 31, 2025 (Thu) 20:00 (KST) ~ August 01 (Fri) 23:59 (KST)

▶ Fan Club Pre-sale Notice

- Pre-sales are available only for members of HAN SEUNG WOO 2nd OFFICIAL FANCLUB HAN_A.

- Before proceeding with the ticket of fan club pre-sale, please sign up for the TICKETLINK and log in with your ID before proceeding with the fan club pre-sale, and proceed with the "Fan Club Certification" on the reservation page.

- If you do not certify your Fan Club Certification during the fan club certification period, you cannot reserve for pre-sale, and ticket reservations can be made through general reservations that will open afterwards.

- Members who purchased tickets through Fan Club pre-sale can also purchase additional tickets within the limit of the number of tickets.

▶ How to authenticate Fan Club

- Please enter 6 digits of your membership number + name in the fan club certification box.

* The membership number for pre-sale authentication is written on the digital card provided at the time of "Vistage" subscription.

The 'Vistage' membership number is available on My Page > My Membership tab.

* Please note that it must be the same as the "Vistage" subscription information, and if either of them does not match, authentication is not possible.

- If you have certified your fan club on the global page, you can only make a reservation on the global page.

- Once authenticated, you don't need to authenticate additionally when you log in again.

- You cannot change or re-authenticate your account after authentication is completed.

- In case of an authentication error, please contact the TICKETLINK Customer Center (1588-7890).

2. General Ticketing Information

- Restriction on the number of general tickets: 4 tickets per session (including the number of pre_sale)

- General reservation: August 04, 2025 (Mon) 20:00 (KST)

▶ General Ticketing Information

- General reservations will be held only for the remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale is completed, and there may be no remaining seats if the fan club pre-sale is sold out.

- This concert is available for ages 8 and up, so please pay attention to reservations. (No admission for preschoolers)

- Cancellation, change, or refund of tickets can only be made at the reservation place within the fixed period, and the cancellation fee will be reflected at the prescribed rate of the reservation place.

- Changes or refunds are not allowed after the ticket reservation and cancellation deadline and the day of the concert.

- Wheelchair seat reservations can only be made by phone through TICKETLINK customer center, and you can enter only when you book a ticket for a companion. (Up to one companion can make a reservation.)

- TICKETLINK customer center: 1588-7890 (operating hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00)  

- To receive a wheelchair seat ticket, you must bring your physical ID and disabled registration card (or welfare card), and you cannot enter if you do not have it on hand.

- Wheelchair seats are seats without chairs and are only available to audiences who use wheelchairs, and even if they have a disabled registration card (or welfare card), those who do not use wheelchairs are not allowed to use them.

**Precautions for Purchase of Tickets**

Tickets for the Han Seung Woo concert are sold exclusively at TICKETLINK, and tickets are not sold through other channels.

Tickets transferred from another person or purchased at an additional cost without going through a designated reservation center cannot be canceled or refunded.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by this, and there is no responsibility for the concert host/organization and the booking office.

Unauthorized ticket transactions are being monitored by our company and may be canceled without prior notice by the authority of the host/organization.

In addition, ticket transactions through the method can be excluded from all fan club benefits in the future.
