Sports Ticket Reservation Guide

I'll show you how to book tickets
quickly and accurately.

How to Purchase Tickets

STEP 1On the Sports Club page, click the [예매하기(Make a Reservation)] button in time for the opening of the reservation.

Tip1. Please refresh the page when the ticketlink system time becomes the ticket opening time. This will change the [판매예정(Before Sale button)] as [예약하기(Make a Reservation button)]. Tip2. If you set it as a home team, you will go directly to the Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors club page when you access the professional soccer page.
STEP 2Select the desired area on the seating chart, and select the type of seat selection
[자동배정(Automatic Selection)/직접선택(Direct Selection)].

Tip1. You can use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out the seating layout! Tip2. You can also select zones and ratings from the right seat rating menu!

좌석선택 유형선택(Select seat selection type) Type1. 자동배정(Automatic Selection) : Select a continuous seat within the rating regardless of the area selected Type2. 직접선택(Direct Selection) : Select a seat in the selected area!
- 1. When purchasing with Automatic Selection
  Select the number of purchases you want to make, then click [다음단계(Next Step)] button.
- 2. When purchasing with direct selection
  Select the area and seat you want to watch the game in and click [다음단계(Next Step)] button.
STEP 3Select the number of tickets to purchase and click [다음단계(Next Step)] button.

You have successfully occupied the selected seat.
You will complete the reservation if you pay within 5 minutes.

STEP 4Please select the ticket delivery method and check the consent items needed for various reservations.

Please check the reservation information carefully before paying.

- - Arrival at the stadium earlier than usual is recommended as there may be enter delays due to the heat test.
- - You must create an electronic entry list(QR code authentication) or a hand-written guest book at the time of entry.
- - You are not allowed to move to or sit in any seat other than your own.
- - It is impossible to make a sound such as chanting, cheering songs, etc.
- - If you do not comply with the safety regulations related to Covid-19, You may be warned and sent off.

The club and the ticket seller shall not be responsible for any damage caused by resale or transfer/transfer of tickets to others.

- - Partial cancellation is possible to Single payment to credit card. (However, some products, ticket types, and cards may not possibility.)
- - Reservations for the same-day performance/exhibition cannot be canceled after payment.
- - Tickets that have already been shipped cannot be canceled directly.
  (Cancellation processing only when tickets are returned to NHN Ticketlink before the cancellation deadline.)
STEP 5If you pay with payco, the reservation will be completed. Select a payment method and click the [결제(Payment)] button.
STEP 6Ticket reservation is complete!

- Our reservation service is not offered to non-members.
