8월14일 공연예정이던, “타이가(TYGA)가 이번 “서울소울페스티벌”에 참석할 수 없게 되었습니다.
다른 11팀의 해외아티스트는 모든 비자(VISA)문제가 정리가 되어, 입국 또는 입국중입니다만,
타이가(TYGA) 측의 경우, 한국에서의 모든 관련서류가 8월1일까지 미국 현지회사로 도착했지만,
바쁜 투어일정과 휴가가 겹치고, 현지에서 공연 비자 신청이 늦어져서
이번 주까지 공연비자 발급이 최종적으로 불가하다는 현지 영사관의 답변을 받았습니다.
예매해주신 많은 관객 여러분께 다시 한번 진심으로 사과의 말씀 드립니다.
14일 페스티벌 공연은 타이가(TYGA)가 참석할 수 없으며, 금일 전 예매자 분들께 문자 공지 드리겠습니다.
이 문제로 티켓을 취소하시는 관객 여러분들께는 별도의 취소 수수료는 부과되지 않습니다.

| Cancellation | Cancellation fee will be imposed upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made on the day of your reservation and the reservation fee will not be refundable. Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use) 1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy. - Within 7 days from the reservation : None - After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.) - Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price) - Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price) - Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price) - If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed. |
