- All seats of this performance are designated and can only be reserved through the official ticketing platform, “Ticketlink”.

- Wheelchair seating is only available through reservation by phone at the Ticketlink Customer Center (1588-7890) starting February 12, 2026 (Thu) (Business Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (KST))

- If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your payment should be completed by 11:59 PM on the day of your reservation. Please be noted that bank transfer payments will be automatically canceled after the payment deadline. (Please note that bank transfer deadlines may vary due to service maintenance for each bank. So please check in advance to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage)

- For stabilization of the ticket reservation system, Domestic Ticket Reservation Page all ticketing operations, including cancellations, reservations, and modifications, will be suspended 3 hours prior to the opening of the global ticket reservation page.

- To prevent ticket touting and illegal transfers, the procedure of identity verification will be made on-site on the

day of the performance. You should wear your wristband after completing the identity verification to participate in the fan benefits and enter the performance.

- Only the ticket holder can receive the ticket and the wristband and then enter the venue. Receiving the ticket and wristband on behalf of another person is prohibited. (Not allowed even for family members)

- You must have both your wristband and ticket when entering the venue and otherwise admission will not be permitted. Please keep them carefully. (Entry will not be allowed even with only the wristband or only the ticket.)

- Performance tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss, damage, or theft. Entry will not be allowed without your ticket and wristband, so please keep them carefully.

※ NuNew 1st Concert "Dream Catcher" in Seoul [THE FINAL CHAPTER] does not accept cancellations or refunds for tickets purchased or acquired through any channel other than the official ticketing website, Ticketlink. Any damage or liability arisen from this are the sole responsibility of each person, for which the organizer/host, production company, or ticketing sites shall not be responsible.

​Discount information​

- Only persons with disabilities (Grades 1-6) and persons of national merits are eligible for 50% discount excluding their companions.

- In case of discounted tickets, designated supporting document or proofs will be verified when checking tickets but otherwise the difference may be charged on-site. (However, Tickets for wheelchair seats cannot be delivered but can be picked up at the ticket booth after verification of supporting documents)

* Persons with national merit: Certificates for persons of national merits (issued by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs) or registration card for persons of national merits

* Persons with disabilities: Registration card for persons with disabilities or welfare card

- Discounts are not available for reservations made on the global page.
